Right on Santa Monica Blvd, this bright and sunny studio apartment is in front of a bus stop and walking distance to Target, Starbucks and Sawtelle's Little Tokyo! It is 10 minute drive to Santa Monica pier and 10 minute drive to UCLA - it is ideal for young bachelors, students and couples looking for a short term stay! I moved in with my girlfriend and we are sub-renting this studio. We furnished it ideal for a short term / student visit or to ground yourself to city of Angels. Fast Wifi, TV, office table and chair and a high quality queen size bed. If you want to cook a meal for yourself, I have a mini-kitchen with all cooking equipments, plates and utensils. If you bring guests, I have foldable sofa bed and also an air mattress to welcome your additional guests and to accommodate up to 4 people. + I will be renting my studio month-to-month basis for $2100 per month.
