Entire place in Central LA, CA

Why are you looking for a renter? We signed a 2 year lease last year but we have both lost our jobs due to Covid-19 and need to move to a more economical living arrangement. We are sad to leave because we love it here! What do you love about this place? Our apartment has lots of beautiful sunlight and a gorgeous garden view. We are in the quietest building in the complex and have had no noise issues in the 3 years living here. There are 2 dog parks inside the complex which are very well maintained. The apartment features wood floors, a beautiful bay window, balcony, a fireplace and walk in closet along with two other closets. The complex feels like a resort with a lovely pool, Jacuzzi and fitness center. The package room has lockers for easy 24 hour access. The complex is gated and a security guard is on duty 24/7. Laundry is located on every floor. What isn't so great about this place? The only concern we have ever had is that the bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom. Otherwise we have no concerns whatsoever.
