Why are you looking for a renter? Ideally we’re looking for someone who works full time, cleans common areas, and isn’t constantly bringing the party home. Also, sadly, no furry friends. What do you love about this place? - AMAZING location on 9th and 42nd. Easy to get to EVERY subway line (ACE/NQRW/123/S/7 with easy access to 4/5/6 and BDFM) + Penn Station + Port Authority buses. It’s a commuter’s dream. - Luxury building with 24 HR concierge, in building laundry and a gym - Residing very high up in the building. South facing room with floor to ceiling windows (Hello One World Trade ;) ) - Great maintenance staff. Many issues we resolved same day or within 24 hours - Lots of options for groceries. Food emporium, Whole Foods, Tree Haus, Sunac Natural Market etc -There’s a ton of great bars and restaurants around the area. West Side Highway is a few blocks away and perfect for a nice stroll or to lay out in the sun. What isn't so great about this place? Rent is definitely on the high side of things, but that's honestly it.
