Why are you looking for a renter? I loved this place, but unfortunately I have had to leave Los Angeles to return to New Zealand. I’m looking for someone to take over my lease until early October. It’s a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment that you’ll be sharing with two wonderful ladies in their early-mid twenties. We are looking for another female around the same age who is friendly, tidy and easy going. No couples, no pets. The existing roommates foster cats and dogs sometimes, so you must be okay with that. The room was previously a living area, but is now divided by a curtain; there is still an excellent living space with a tv and a kitchen. This room is just as large as the other two rooms and comfortably fits a full or queen size bed and furniture. What do you love about this place? The apartment is in the Ava Toluca Hills complex which gives you access to beautiful pools and jacuzzis, tennis courts, a cinema, music room, yoga deck, beach volleyball court and club houses containing full gyms - it’s basically a resort! Rent is $740/month and parking is $21.67/month (free if you don’t have a car) and bills aren’t included. The room is currently fully furnished and we are wanting the person who moves in to purchase all of the existing bedroom furniture. Everything is almost new (<6 months old) and in excellent condition. The mattress is a “Zinus Memory Foam 10inch green tea” and has always had a protector on it. It all cost $700 but I’m willing to sell everything for $390. This includes the bedside table, dresser, clothes rack, curtain and rod, mattress and base, and also includes the sheets, duvet and pillows. There is a convenience store on the premise, but unfortunately the apartment is not within walking distance to a supermarket.
