Private room in Parkside, CA

Scheduled to take classes in London starting Jan. 14th. If I do not find a subleaser by the end of the month, I will push my classes back to April. 3 bdr, 1bth. There is an in-law that lives downstairs. I am 21, roommates are 23 and 24, work full time. It's the smallest room in the house, but it doesn't feel crammed at all. We make and play electronic music, somewhat loud at times, but nothing crazy. If you are interested, we will have you come over to meet to see if it is a good fit.
