Private room in Central LA, CA

Why are you looking for a renter? My roommate is moving to NYC to take a new job. So happy for him! But now I need a new roomie :) What do you love about this place? It's super central, it has a front yard, back yard, driveway, and street parking. Super quiet neighborhood despite being squared in by four major streets. And, uh, it's rent-controlled. What isn’t so great about this place? There's only one full bathroom (2nd toilet downstairs) that's a little small, and the rooms are on the smaller side as well. The decor is a little all over-the-place because a 70+ year old actor lived here for 28 years! He was a crazy, hilarious dude.
