If you have a car Folsom St has plenty of room to park your car, just be aware of any rule signs (free 24 hour parking except on Tues/Thurs sweeping). I might be able to get you extra parking space depending on availability. I really enjoy sharing this property with guests from all over the world. Providing a great experience for you and your guests is very important for me. Please note that this isn't a full-time vacation rental so there might be some items in the refrigerator or other personal items in the property. Please be respectful of these items and leave them where they are. If you get cold, just turn the handle of the heater to left, you might hear some noises, like a water running within the tube, that is normal. The heater will heat in like 20 min. Don't forget to turn it off. The light switch in the kitchen is located on the left side of the fridge.
