We are listing our beautiful 1 bedroom apartment at the Ashland in Fort Greene. Unfortunately we need to move closer to our family in Boston to support with some sudden medical issues. Our apartment is a corner 1 bedroom, 1 bath with 3 closets and a small foyer. It is one of a very few number of apartments in the building with 12 ft ceilings, which gives it a lofty feel. From our apartment you can see the empire state building, the east river, as well as the harbor beyond Red Hook. The building has amazing amenities - several decks and common spaces. A gym with Peloton cycles and classes. The ground floor of the building has several restaurants, and we are 1 block from a Whole Foods 365. We are directly across the street from BAM as well. The apartment can be furnished or unfurnished, and the monthly price includes the building's monthly fee to the gym. We hope you love living here as much as we have!
