Entire place in New York, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? Because I needed to relocate to another side of the city. And I had to renew my lease because I was traveling and didn't have time to move. What do you love about this place? I love this place - there is a rooftop, two public lounges (one has a pool table and ping-pong table), small lounges on every floor. 24 hrs super nice doorman and hallways are luxurious and extremely clean all the time. What isn't so great about this place? It is a bit dusty if you open the window constantly, but nothing major. Id rate this place 9.5/10.
