This is a quiet, sunlit, private room in an excellent neighborhood (Striver's Row). The room is on the alley side of the building, so it does stay quiet all day and night; a rarity in Manhattan. It's mere steps to the A/C/B/D trains and the M10 bus is right outside your door, making a quick commute to either Columbia or downtown. Conveniently walk to restaurants, brunch, grocery stores, cafes, and shopping. The apartment is near the stunning St. Nicholas Park with a scenic view of City College and the historic Hamilton Grange National Memorial.
