Entire place in Manhattan, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? My girlfriend and I found the perfect place for us in Brooklyn (but a couple months too early). It's as simple as that. What do you love about this place? 1. Laundry on the floor 2. Built in A/C that doesn't take up half a window 3. Tons of sunlight for the plants you've always wanted 4. Minimal heating bills because of all that sun 5. If you're game to sign a new lease in September, the place will get fancy new appliances and floors (per Related, who owns the building) 6. Super fantastic management company and onsite handyman. Any issues we have had, have been fixed that day. 7. Friendliest door people ever. 8. Pay rent via credit card, and get those points 9. GYM, ROOF DECK, BASKETBALL COURT, FREE YOGA WED + SAT, BUSINESS CENTER, INTERNET CAFE, SO MANY AMENITIES... What isn't so great about this place? Per #4 in the positive section, it can get expensive in the summer if you really crank the A/C unit, but the building just installed solar shades to keep the apartment cooler. There's also no window in the bathroom.
