The space is available FOR SUBLET 06/01/2018 - 09/01/2018. Shared by 1 female roommate. Beautiful two-room space that is a 5 minute walk to Columbia University main campus! Perfect for students taking a summer class, or looking to start a year-long lease early. Very safe area, minutes from the 1 subway, and A, B, C subways, 30 minute walk to Metro North station. The apartment is not a Columbia University owned property, but is surrounded by Columbia housing. Management maintains the building well, and is very communicative. I have lived in the apartment for 2 years and love the space. It is shared with my roommate, who is sweet, quiet and courteous. She has her own bedroom, which is adjacent to the two rooms (bedroom/private living room) that are available for rent. Bathroom and kitchen space are shared. My roommate travels a lot and will be in the apartment on and off during the summer. The two room space for sublet will be furnished with a bed, side table, A/C unit, couch and coffee table. The kitchen and bathroom are fully furnished. All utilities are included in rent, aside from Internet and cable, which is $35 a month.
