Private room in Williamsburg, NY

Looking for two female roommates in a prime Williamsburg location. Sublet will be from August 1 - October 1 with the hopes that you will resign the lease. The apartment has three bedrooms and one a half bathrooms, with a roomy combined kitchen/living area. The available rooms face a quiet street with good natural sunlight. Utilities are not included and are about $70 per month. About the neighborhood: we are located on Grand Street which is home to many great shops, restaurants, and bars - just a small portion of all the amazing places Williamsburg has to offer. Our strip of the street is right before the BQE, so while we still have some great spots around us there is very little traffic from people or cars. There is a supermarket around the corner and a newly renovated laundromat right across the street. The main Bedford Avenue strip is about a seven minute walk away where Duane Reade, Equinox, and Whole Foods are. We are right in between the L, G, and M/J/Z lines so it is very easy to get to anywhere in Manhattan or Brooklyn - not to mention there is a Citi Bike dock on the corner. A little about me: as a roommate I am clean and respectful and am looking for people who are the same! I keep very busy with my work and social life but would love roommates who are friendly and open to chatting or hanging out on occasion, whether it be watching a movie or having a drink - bonus if you are into Bachelor Monday's! I like to plan parties a couple times a year but only if all roommates are included! Other than that I enjoy having a chill atmosphere and guests are always cleared with the household if they are to come over. Would prefer people who are non-smokers or will only smoke outside or on the fire escape. Being that we are in quarantine times I would be most comfortable doing initial interaction through message/video, and will open viewings to serious inquiries only.
