Entire place in Dorchester, MA

Why are you looking for a renter? While we have loved our time in this apartment and made a lot of memories here, a job change has prompted us to consider a move, provided we can find a sublet. What do you love about this place? The location is ideal. The apartment is located within walking distance to restaurants (Dorchester Brewing Company, 224 Boston, Grille 110), South Bay (Target, Stop & Shop, Chipotle, AMC) and the MBTA Andrew Station stop is a short 5 minute walk down the road. We have enjoyed being closely connected to Dorchester Heights Park which offers panoramic views of the city, Carson and M Street Beach, and Castle Island. Aside from its great location, the apartment itself has been a very comfortable place to live. The kitchen offers plenty of storage space with a pantry, there is central air, and there is nothing better than catching the sunset as the light streams through the bay window in the front bedroom. During quarantine, our back porch provided a nice, relaxing escape from bustling city life as a safe space to relax outdoors. Street parking has been easy, and we are never without a space close by. Prior to COVID-19 the apartment's open floor plan made it a wonderful place to entertain friends and family. What isn't so great about this place? The unit is without a washer and dryer and there are not machines in the building, so we use a service called Rinse that is pick-up and drop-off. Those looking for some "extra storage" for those dirty dishes should know there is no dishwasher.
