Why are you looking for a renter? I am moving relocating overseas for work and I would love for someone to take over this amazing apartment. What do you love about this place? This apartment was renovated in November 2017 so the kitchen and bathroom are brand new. The rent is currently locked in until March 2019, with no broker fee. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment for privacy. The apartment is close to Central Park, 4/5/6/Q subway stations, plenty of grocery stores and fitness studios. There is a bunch of furniture that will be available for sale. What isn’t so great about this place? There is no doorman, washer/dryer or elevator. This is a 2nd floor walk up. The building is still very secure and without the amenities this is why it is such a bargain for the location and size.
