Why are you looking for a renter? I just decided to commute to school instead so looking for someone to take the place instead. This room will be all to yourself as well as your own private bathroom. Only the kitchen area would be shared with two other people. You would be living in a room that was meant to be for two but is only for you. What do you love about this place? It's really close to school (basically on campus). All kitchen utensils and bowls are available. Great community with lots of amenities (more can be found at USC Gateway website). TV is available and many small stores on the bottom floor. May twice a year has some problems with the internet but very rare and gets fixed quickly.
