Entire place in Long Island City, NY

I am relocating and looking for somebody to take over the rest of my lease. What do I love about this place? Absolutely love how big and spacious the apartment is! Subway is a block away (7,N &W trains). Also extremely close to the R and G lines - super central - quick access to Manhattan (one stop) and Brooklyn. Two Citibike stations on each corner street. Great roof top with Manhattan skyline and bbq area. Gym is at the top of the building with the same view. The apartment also has a great balcony. Multiple Deli's, banks and bars/restaurants on the block. Building staff are always friendly and super helpful. Building is always clean and neat.
