Entire place in Long Island City, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? We are moving out of the city and need to break our lease 3 months early. Our building is allowing someone to take our lease for May/June/July, or sign a one year lease starting May 1st. What do you love about this place? This high floor apartment has amazing northern views of Manhattan and a full picture of the 59th Street bridge. Laundry machines are just down the hall. In warmer weather, we spend most of our time on the 7th floor roof deck which has grills, a lawn, volley ball and tennis courts. It's a great place to relax or for kids to run around. What isn't so great about this place? It's about a 10-12 minute walk to the subways (7/G/E/M) but the building provides shuttles during rush hour. The LIC East River Ferry stop is right downstairs. Otherwise, no complaints. If we weren't relocating, we would definitely stay here! Please note this apartment comes UNFURNISHED. There is a mandatory building fee of $50/month per resident for the amenities.
