One bedroom, one bath with kitchen, utilities included (power, gas and WIFI.) Quiet small complex near Beverly Hills and UCLA. Santa Monica is only minutes away. Perfect for someone who is in a transition and looking for their permanent place. No parking spot, but parking permit for street parking included. Rent is $2,000 for the month, plus a deposit of $1,000, fully refundable upon move out. Price is firm. May be able to move the dates up a few days. Can discuss cats (indoor only), but no dogs. No smoking. References required.
