Why are you looking for a renter? Our jobs have us working out of the country for the next 1 - 2 years; we are looking for someone to sublease our wonderful apartment during that time. This is a rent stabilized lease so you will need to go through some paperwork with our attorney and landlord. We are up two flights of stairs south facing on Christopher St. This apartment is perfect for a couple. Our sofa is Crate and Barrel - has a king pull out that is super comfortable. Internet/ Modem - We can just transfer the account to you. TV is Samsung and works great with Apple TV (Apple TV not included). Air conditioner included and will be installed. Bed is a queen Purple mattress and is 3 years old. What do you love about this place? We have lived here for 5 years and built out a ton of shelves to store and be very comfortable in the apartment. Excellent location. Steps to the 1, ACEBDF trains (West 4th). What isn't so great about this place? There is no washer and dryer in the building. There is a dry cleaner downstairs that offers drop off service or there is a laundry mat 1.5 blocks away.
