Why are you looking for a renter? *Female applicants only please* I’m looking to sublet my spot in a double room in a 2 bed 2 bath luxury apartment in Midvale Plaza from June 12th until August 15th. Will be SHARING the room with one other female, with two other females in the second room. Bathroom shared with the one female roommate. Apartment comes fully furnished with a double bed, dresser (split between the two roommates), kitchen table, living room furniture, balcony furniture, and a large TV. Closet space, wifi, and kitchenware also provided. On site amenities include a laundry room with washers and dryers, two pools and hot tubs, a sauna, a study lounge, and a fitness center. Street parking available in the area. Utilities not included and will be charged separately. What do you love about this place? Lots of young people in the area, short walk from UCLA campus, 15 minute walk to Westwood shops/restaurants/grocery stores, newly renovated unit. What isn't so great about this place? Loud college student neighbors, other renovations being done to building
