Why are you looking for a renter? Why are you looking for a renter? I am currently looking for 2 female roommate to join me as soon as possible. A apartment is located in a gorgeous brick townhouse in the Riverdale area of the Bronx. This is a 3 bedroom, 1 den/sunroom, 1 bathroom apartment located 4 blocks away from the 238th street 1 train stop. There are two private, spacious back rooms available. The larger room available is $900 a month and does not come furnished. The smaller room is $850 a month and comes semi furnished. However, we can remove the furniture if you have your own. Heat and water included, additional utilities split 3 ways between roommates. The bathroom is newly renovated. Spacious living room and attached dining room. Located on a quiet street and a 15 minute walk from Van Cortlandt Park. Not only is there convenient access to the 1 train, there is also a BJs, Aldis, Garden Gourmet, TJ Max, Target, Buffalo Wild Wings etc. The location is literally perfect. You have BJ's, chipotle's, Bank of America, Buffalo Wild Wings, Bronx Ale House, Stop and Shop, Garden Gourmet, the police station (safe), Fedex, Citi Bank, Ihop, Riverdale Diner, and Rite Aid within blocks of the apartment. Also, just a little bit further away (10 min walk or less) you have Aldi's (super cheap groceries), Marshals, Forever 21, Staples, Party City, and Blink Fitness. I am a young professional and also graduate student who works at Columbia Business School and attends Columbia School of International and Public Affairs. I am super ambitious, hardworking and motivated. Although I work hard, I would say I am a good balance of laid back and fun. During the weekends I am typically studying, attending Saturday classes, hanging with friends in NYC or traveling to other states to visit friends. I compost, like to attend music festivals during the summer and love brunches, museums, and explore new things in NYC. When I am home which is mostly during the weekdays, I like to make this place a serenity. I am very low key as a roommate and definitely into quiet time after work. During the weekdays I usually come home, cook dinner, do homework and watch Netflix. I am extremely social, but peace, comfort, and safety are my biggest needs at home. I would love to find two roommates that have a balanced healthy lifestyle and enjoy the above environment as well. What do you love about this place? This place to a very large apartment for New York City. Do not let the pictures fool you because it does not give the apartment or the rooms justice. Its a long apartment with multiple common spaces for 3 females to live comfortable.
