Entire place in North Hollywood, CA

Why are you looking for a renter? I love to travel. Be it state-side or overseas, I really enjoy getting to experience other places, and am very thankful to have a job that lets me do so. I would like to travel more, and know that my place will prove to be a wonderful home for others. What do you love about this place? The neighborhood is getting better and better with time. In the 7 years that I have lived here, I've watched the area receive a complete (and truly remarkable) facelift. Restaurants of kinds, a significant change in safety (google NoHo Arts District Safety if you want to check around), and improvements still en route, it's a great place to live. The Metro Station is also very, very close; so anyone that's working downtown LA, Universal, Hollywood and more, you've got a traffic-free option to getting to and from work each day. What isn't so great about this place? There are 4 buildings all within a 1 block radius of the apartment all under construction. There's a "race" happening in the neighborhood to flip land, so there are many units being erected. The blessing here is that you can't hear anything inside the apartment, but every so often the roads might be re-directing you around a block or two to get home.
