Can I cancel my booking request?
You’re free to withdraw your application up until the point where your lease is countersigned. As long as you haven’t both signed a lease, any payments that you made will be fully refunded by Caretaker.
Please bear in mind that if you withdraw your booking request more than two times in a twelve month period your Caretaker account may be suspended.
To withdraw your booking request:
- Head to the listing where you made your booking request.
- Click Withdraw request under Booking steps.
Note: Withdrawing a booking request is currently only supported via our website. Our iOS app does not support withdrawing a booking request.
