Rental income export

To export rental income transactions for a particular unit navigate to the leases tab within your dashboard and click on the lease for that unit. You will see a list of all historical rent payments. Click the export tab on the top right.

To export all of the transactions for all of your units or for an individual unit, navigate to the units tab in your dashboard. Click the export button on the top right to download all of the transaction data for all units. Click into one of the units if you would like to export the transactions for just that unit.

Expenses export

We are only able to provide you with expenses data for expenses that we coordinate for you. If a maintenance or repair cost was coordinated by Caretaker you will receive regular communications with data exports, work orders and paid invoices.
