How do I get a lister to accept my application?

Your application is more than twice as likely to get accepted if it includes verified income and employment.

Head to your profile, click on the employment section then click add employment. We will verify your income by connecting to your bank account and identifying regular direct deposits.

After that, you can add your job title and where you work and this will show up as verified on your application.

Your application will include whether or not you're covered by our rent guarantee, depending on the prices of the listings you're applying to. For example, if you have been guaranteed for any amount of monthly rent that is less than or equal to $1,500 per month, anyone with a listing for that amount or less will see that your rent payments would be guaranteed if they accept you.
