How do I reset my password?

To reset your password go to flip.lease/reset.

If you do not receive a reset email, here are some troubleshooting ideas:

Make sure you didn't originally signup with Facebook

If you don't receive an email to reset your password, make sure that you didn't initially signup for Flip with Facebook login. Sometimes people have emails associated with their Facebook accounts that they no longer check.

Was your email typed incorrectly?

The password reset email will go to whichever email you signed up with - even if you happened to type it in wrong. If you suspect this happened, send us a quick note and we will look into it for you.

If you receive the email but the link doesn't work, get in touch and we'll be happy to investigate for you.
