What are Flip boosts?

Boosts are a way for you to get more applicants faster by advertising your listing on Facebook. We use proprietary datasets and algorithms to target renters who are looking for listings in your area and price range.

What is the difference between a recurring and a one-time boost?

We offer two types of boosts: recurring and one-time campaigns.

The recurring boosts will continue to show ads for your listing until your listing is filled, removed, or you end the campaign. You will be charged daily for the boost amount until you end the boost campaign or your listing is filled or removed. After the campaign ends, you will no longer be charged.

The one-time boosts displays ads for one week from the initial boost purchase and can be bought multiple times for each listing.

Can I cancel my boost campaign?

You have the ability to end any active recurring boost campaign by clicking the End Campaign button. From the manage listing page, click View Boost Insights > View analytics > End Campaign.

We currently do not have an end campaign button available for one-time boosts, but this feature is coming soon. If you'd like to end a one-time campaign, please contact support@flip.lease.

Can I order more than one boost?

Yes, there is no limit to how many boosts you can create.

How much should I spend on a boost?

Boosts can range from as low as $5/day (or $20 for a one-time campaign) to as high as you feel comfortable spending. The higher your advertising budget, the more high quality views your listing will receive.

We recommend a minimum budget of $200 per one-time boost or $10/day for recurring boosts.

Do you offer reporting and analytics on boosts?

Yes. We provide performance reporting via boost insights.

We provide the following stats on your campaign performance:

  • Ad Views (Ad impressions)
  • People saw your ad (Reach)
  • Clicks
  • Campaign start and end date
  • Amount spent
  • Remaining campaign budget
  • Listing page views
  • Status

In order view your boost insights, head to your listings, click Manage > View Boost Insights (large blue box) > View Analytics
