What is a month-to-month lease?

A month-to-month lease is rented one month at a time, or has terms to offer similar flexibility.

Month-to-month on leases managed by Caretaker

Many leases that are managed by Caretaker are month-to-month, designed to give you more flexibility. The term is set for the entire duration of the original lease, but the agreement includes an option to cancel the lease with 30 days notice.

Your move out date must be two or more months before the end of the master lease. The master lease end date is stated on our listings. Any lease agreement you sign with us will clearly state your cancellation options.
