What's included in a Caretaker apartment cleaning?

Every Managed By Caretaker apartment will receive a thorough cleaning before you move-in. To meet our standards, all apartment cleanings will follow the guide below.

All living spaces

• Wipe down any tabletops, countertops, door knobs, light switches, and accessible light fixtures
• Clean all floor surfaces
• Dust all accessible surfaces
• Remove all trash
• Clean all baseboards and window sills

Bathroom

• Clean the inside of any drawers and cabinets
• Dust fan/vent (if applicable)
• Wipe down all mirrored surfaces
• Clean shower glass (if applicable)
• Sanitize and clean toilet
• Wipe down faucets and accessible fixtures

Kitchen

• Clean the accessible portions of all drawers and cabinets
• Clean visible portions of kitchen hood or vents
• Clean the accessible portions of the interior and exterior of all appliances
• Scrub sink(s)

We’re currently unable to provide any of the following cleaning services: Deep stain removal, wall cleaning, exterior window cleaning, cleaning generally inaccessible places (e.g., behind an oven).
