Can I upload my own lease document?
Caretaker automatically generates a lease for you to sign. If you'd like to upload your own, that's fine too. We can support any PDF lease - we'll add a signature page to the end of the document you upload.
Upload steps:
- On an application, click the ... button in the upper right and click Upload custom lease
- Select the document you'd like to upload
- Click the Accept and sign lease button (if the correct lease does not appear, please refresh the page and click the button again)
Note: If you'd like to switch back to our generated lease before you sign your custom one, just go back to step one and opt for the generated lease.
