How does Caretaker check eligibility for me with my landlord?

Being eligible for the Leaseholder plan simply means that your landlord will allow you to either sublet or transfer your lease. We'll reach out to them on your behalf to confirm their policies and process. If you're not eligible, you can cancel your plan and get a full refund.
