Ordering Inspections
Inspections were designed to make it possible for non-professionals to correctly inspect a property. Invite any neutral third party to inspect one of your properties at any time by sending them a customized link.
Third-party turnover and periodic inspections can be coordinated for you on Caretaker Mogul.
Ordering an inspection
Follow these steps to have a neutral third party perform an inspection for you.
- In the Dashboard, choose the unit that you want to order an inspection for.
- Click the Overflow menu (•••) at the top of the page and Select Order inspection.
- A popup window will generate with an invitation link that is customized to this unit.
- Copy the link and send to the third party inspector.
